What Does a Brainspotting Session Look Like?
Sessions are gentle and client-led. We begin by identifying an issue you'd like to work on and locating a "brainspot" through eye positioning. You will be guided to notice sensations, emotions, or memories as they arise.
During this time, you remain in control — there’s no need to "talk through" everything unless you choose to. Many clients describe feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded afterward.
Introducing the Brainspotting Deep Healing Session
Cost: $275
The Brainspotting Deep Healing Session is a standalone, 2-3 hour intensive designed for those who may not be looking for ongoing therapy but want to experience powerful healing in a safe, focused space.

You feel stuck in a particular area of your life or healing.
You’re looking for a single, focused opportunity to process a recent or longstanding challenge and not looking for therapy at this time.
What to Expect in a Deep Healing Session
Your 2–3 hour Brainspotting Deep Healing Session is designed to offer space for focused transformation in a safe and supportive environment. The session is thoughtfully divided into four parts to help you feel grounded, guided, and empowered throughout the process:
1. Intention Setting & Information Gathering (20-30 minutes)
We’ll begin by gently exploring what brought you to this session. This may include identifying an emotional theme, body sensation, or area of life you'd like to focus on. This time also includes an overview of Brainspotting to ensure you feel informed, comfortable, and in control.
2. Brainspotting Processing (60–90 minutes)
You’ll be guided through a focused Brainspotting process that aligns with your goals, pacing, and nervous system capacity. This part of the session is quiet, spacious, and attuned to your internal experience. You are welcome to process verbally or silently — there's no right or wrong way.
3. Grounding & Regulation (20 minutes)
After processing, we’ll ease into grounding. This may include aromatherapy, breathwork, meditation, or somatic exercises to help your body integrate the work. These tools are tailored to what feels most regulating and restorative for you.
4. Reflection & Integration (20–30 minutes)
We’ll close with time to reflect on what surfaced during your session and explore how to carry insights forward. This may include discussion, journaling prompts, or suggestions for ongoing integration. If helpful, I can also provide referrals or resources to support your continued healing.
