In this 5-minute guided somatic meditation, I walk you through a gentle practice for sitting with grief, especially the kind that can come up when working through attachment wounds and unmet needs. Rather than trying to move past the feeling, this practice helps you slow down, notice what’s happening in your body, and create space for grief, sadness, or even anger to be present in a supported way. This can be a helpful practice if you’ve been feeling lingering guilt, sadness, or emotional heaviness that’s hard to fully understand.
