Hiring a Trauma-Informed Acupuncturist & Licensed Massage Therapist in Racine, WI
Private-Pay, Trauma-Informed Collaborative Practice
Rooted Counseling & Wellness is an established, private-pay psychotherapy practice grounded in trauma-informed, nervous-system-aware care. I am seeking a licensed acupuncturist and an experienced Licensed Massage Therapist to collaborate within a thoughtfully held clinical environment that values autonomy, depth-oriented work, and sustainable practice.
These opportunities are best suited for practitioners who are clinically grounded, entrepreneur-minded, and interested in working alongside psychotherapy in a way that supports both professional independence and meaningful collaboration.
About the Practice
I own and operate a private-pay psychotherapy practice built intentionally around trauma-informed, nervous-system-based care. From the beginning, my goal has been to create a space that feels grounded, calm, and sustainable—for both clients and practitioners.
The practice serves adults navigating anxiety, chronic stress, trauma, and grief. Many clients are already interested in integrative, body-based approaches to healing, including acupuncture. The practice has grown steadily through aligned referrals, word of mouth, and ongoing marketing, without reliance on insurance panels.
This collaboration offers the opportunity to step into a practice where:
Clients are already seeking depth-oriented, trauma-informed care
The physical space is designed with regulation, safety, and presence in mind
Marketing, visibility, and referral pathways are already established
Collaboration is welcomed while clinical independence is respected
Who This Collaboration Is For

Clinically confident and self-directed
Drawn to trauma-informed, nervous-system-aware work
Looking for flexibility and ownership over your schedule
Interested in building within an existing, values-aligned practice rather than starting from zero
This role is not designed for high-volume, insurance-based, or spa-style models of care.
